I Had An Emergency Situation: My Wife'S Memorial Service Was Scheduled For Saturday And On The Previous Wednesday I Had A Chance To See The Venue And Test The Av Setup. The Images Prepared For Her Service Were Barely Visible In The Bright Room (Lots Of Big Windows). Many People Had Prepared For Weeks To Speak And Show Old Photos. I Took A Gamble That The Problem Was An Old Projector Bulb On A Epson Lcd H460A Projector. On Thursday I Called Projectorlamps.Com And Was Assisted By Stephanie Rivera. She Found The Right Bulb We Needed And Assured Us That We Would Get It Overnight On Friday. Sure Enough It Came On Friday But The Facilities Manager Reported To Me That He Was Unable To Figure Out How To Replace The Bulb. I Called Stephanie Back Hoping She Could Find Us The User Manual For That Old Projector. On My Drive To The Venue, She Emailed Me The User Manual And We Were Able To Easily Replace The Bulb. The Images Were Much Much Better On The Screen And Everyone Complimented Us On The Service. Kudos To Stephanie And Projectorlamps.Com!!!
